Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical lead (Asp.net) with MVC and SQL

Job Requirements:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.

• Architect, design, and implement software solutions for complex technical challenges.

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring coding best practices and efficient development processes.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to the highest standards of software quality.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure that code is modular, reusable, and optimized.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various components of the web application (front-end and back-end).

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development and technology, and continuously seek ways to improve systems and processes.

• Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and scalability.

• Ensure the proper management of the database, including backups, performance tuning, and security.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure code is thoroughly tested and meets project requirements.

• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of IT experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
