Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and delivering a strong candidate experience while meeting business hiring needs.

 

Job Requirements:

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for lateral and niche roles

Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

  • Conduct initial HR screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Coordinate interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Provide regular hiring updates and reports to hiring managers

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation

  • Handle offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding coordination

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards

Employer Branding & Process Improvement

  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus or lateral hiring drives

  • Recommend process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality

  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Proven experience in hiring for junior to mid-level roles (IT / Non-IT as applicable)

  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media platforms

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 

Additional Skills

  • Experience using ATS tools and HR systems

  • Exposure to bulk hiring or niche skill recruitment

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance basics

  • HR certifications (if any) are a plus

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Time management and multitasking

  • Attention to detail

  • Candidate-centric mindset

  • Data-driven recruitment approach
