Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Service Desk Analysts
Job Requirements:
- Technical and system expertise (networking, active directory, DNS)
- Customer support using telephone and computer skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Advise users on appropriate course of action
- Monitor issues from start to resolution
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
