Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative technology products. This role bridges business strategy, engineering execution, and customer needs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Job Requirements:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable product plans and measurable outcomes (OKRs/KPIs).

Technology & Architecture Alignment

• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and cloud teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Drive decisions around platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native technologies.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Product Development & Execution

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, QA, DevOps, data, security) through agile product development cycles.

• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.

• Manage release planning and go-to-market coordination.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Present product strategy, progress, and performance to executive leadership.

• Influence without authority across global and cross-functional teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define success metrics and monitor product performance.

• Use analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer feedback to iterate and improve.

• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.

• Strong technical background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, platform products, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or emerging technologies.

• Strong financial acumen (business cases, ROI modeling, P&L ownership).\
