Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Sailpoint Developer.

Job Requirements:

• Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (or IdentityNow) solutions for identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance.

• Develop custom connectors, workflows, rules, tasks, and reports using BeanShell, Java, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

• Integrate SailPoint with various systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, SaaS applications, HR systems, etc.

• Create and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models and policies.

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of SailPoint systems.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless IAM integration.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.

• Provide technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

• Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, BeanShell, XML, and PowerShell.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

• Experience with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Solid understanding of RBAC, access reviews, provisioning, SOD policies, and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
