Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Specialist Quality Assurance.

Job Requirements:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java for functional and regression testing of web applications.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to understand business requirements and define test plans.

• Design and implement an automation framework to ensure scalability, reusability, and easy maintenance of automated tests.

• Perform end-to-end testing, validating both front-end and back-end systems, using Selenium and Java-based automation scripts.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the test scripts or framework.

• Continuously improve the automated testing process and framework, ensuring it is aligned with current best practices.

• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and faster release cycles.

• Generate detailed and actionable reports for test results, highlighting issues and discrepancies.

• Participate in test planning and estimation, helping the team understand the time and resources required for test automation tasks.

• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure application functionality across various environments.

• Work closely with the development team to understand application changes and adapt automated tests accordingly.

• Provide guidance and training on best practices for automation testing to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of IT experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
