Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA & Automation Test Engineer to spearhead our quality engineering initiatives and elevate our testing capabilities across teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in automation, Agile delivery, DevOps integration, and emerging AI-driven quality practices.

Responsibilities:

• Define the QA vision, testing strategies, standards, and best practices across teams.

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams to align quality engineering efforts with product and business objectives.

• Establish and track key quality metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Skills: 

• 12–15 years of experience in QA, with strong expertise in automation testing and quality engineering.

• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams or chapters.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, or similar.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices.

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.

• Solid knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and test design techniques.

• Experience with AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Katalon AI, generative AI-backed automation) is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems.

• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Certification in ISTQB, Agile (Scrum Master), or DevOps.
