Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the design vision for our SaaS platforms. In this role, you will define scalable design architecture, create intuitive user experiences for complex AI workflows, and drive product innovation across our platform ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

Product & Design Leadership

• Define and drive the design vision and UX strategy for AI-powered products.

• Lead the design of complex SaaS platforms and enterprise workflows.

• Influence product direction through design thinking and user-centered design.

AI Experience Design

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI models, automation tools, and data insights.

• Simplify complex machine learning outputs into clear user experiences.

• Ensure trust, transparency, and usability in AI-driven interactions.

Design Systems & Architecture

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

• Establish UX standards and reusable interaction patterns.

• Ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers.

• Facilitate design workshops and cross-team collaboration.

• Mentor designers and contribute to a strong design culture.

Research & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct user research and usability testing.

• Use insights and data to improve product design.

• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI interfaces and SaaS UX.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or design architecture.

• Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product workflows and systems thinking.

• Experience working with design systems and scalable product frameworks.

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI/ML-powered products or data-driven platforms.

• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.

• Experience leading cross-functional design initiatives.

• Knowledge of human-centered AI design principles.
