Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain, monitor, and optimize our Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, including SailPoint, LDAP IDM, and related components.
Job Requirements:
Infrastructure Maintenance & Monitoring
Ensure the IAM infrastructure (SailPoint, ETAC, LDAP IDM) is fully operational with regular daily health checks.
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues including authentication errors, server integration problems, and provisioning failures.
Monitor application availability and performance using tools like Dynatrace and implement corrective actions as needed.
Incident & Service Request Management
Act as the first point of contact for users via ServiceNow or email for incident resolution and technical support.
Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, escalating to expert teams as necessary.
Manage and resolve service requests related to user access, provisioning, and IAM platform performance.
Technical Leadership & Optimization
Provide hands-on support for web and application servers in the IAM ecosystem.
Recommend and implement improvements in monitoring, automation, and support processes to optimize performance and service delivery.
Collaborate with global teams, particularly with Paris Operations, for knowledge sharing and best practices.
Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to procedure and process documentation for IAM infrastructure operations.
Support team development by helping onboard new technologies and expanding the team’s technical scope.
Assist with KPI reporting and activity tracking to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
Qualifications:
Strong infrastructure skills, including Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, and middleware components.
Hands-on experience with IAM tools, especially SailPoint and CyberArk (Enterprise Password Vault).
Working knowledge of monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace.
Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Proficient in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus.
Strong team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team knowledge growth.
Experience in a large enterprise or banking/financial services environment.
Exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructure (on-premise and cloud IAM integration).
Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to IAM.
