Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI and LLM Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative models using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or Mistral.

You will be responsible for building intelligent applications powered by LLMs, fine-tuning models, managing prompt engineering strategies, and integrating with scalable systems.

Job Requirements:

• Design and implement applications powered by generative AI and LLMs.

• Fine-tune and adapt foundation models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks.

• Develop robust prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies.

• Optimize LLM inference for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to build AI-driven solutions.

• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluation datasets.

• Ensure responsible AI practices by monitoring model performance, fairness, and bias.

• Integrate LLMs with APIs, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and knowledge graphs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience working with deep learning models, ideally transformer-based architectures.

• Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

• Hands-on experience fine-tuning or training large-scale models on custom datasets.

• Familiarity with tools like Weights & Biases, Ray, MLflow, or similar for model monitoring and experimentation.

• Solid understanding of NLP, generative modeling, and LLM architectures.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML tooling.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
