Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Workday to support the design, implementation, and optimization of our Human Capital Management processes
Job Requirements:
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze HCM system requirements.
Design and configure Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
Participate in Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Workday capabilities.
Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and business processes.
Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues.
Support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and system maintenance.
Provide training and documentation to end-users and super-users.
Stay updated on new Workday releases and functionality, providing recommendations for adoption.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
Experience in at least 2–3 Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time, Absence).
Strong understanding of HR business processes and data flows.
Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
