Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with expertise in SQL and either Java or Python to join our data engineering team. 

Job Requirements:

ETL Development: Design and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or databases.

SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Programming (Java/Python): Develop scripts and applications in Java or Python to automate ETL processes and data workflows.

Data Transformation: Ensure accurate data transformation and cleaning during the ETL process to maintain high-quality datasets.

Data Integration: Integrate data from diverse sources (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.) into a centralized data repository.

Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency, including managing large volumes of data.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data integration issues, errors, and bottlenecks in the ETL pipelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for all ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of IT experience  
Experience with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
Experience with Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
