Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager with over 10 years of progressive experience in information security, risk management, and security operations. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide cyber security initiatives, manage security teams, and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational systems and data. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise across modern security technologies and frameworks.

Job Requirements and Key Responsibilities

Security Leadership & Strategy

• Define, implement, and maintain the organization’s cyber security strategy and roadmap

• Align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cyber risk and security posture

Security Operations & Incident Management

• Oversee Security Operations (SOC), incident response, and threat management activities

• Lead and coordinate response to security incidents, breaches, and investigations

• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Manage enterprise risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.)

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop cyber security engineers and analysts

• Manage third-party vendors, MSSPs, and security service providers

• Collaborate with IT, cloud, DevOps, legal, and compliance teams

Architecture & Technology

• Design and oversee secure architectures for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments

• Evaluate, implement, and manage security tools (SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, CASB, firewalls, etc.)

• Support secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and application security initiatives

Awareness & Training

• Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization

• Promote a strong security culture and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or IT security

• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Network, endpoint, cloud, and application security

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management tools

• Proven experience with security

Preferred Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field

• Security certifications such as:

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA

  • CEH, CRISC, CCSP

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture and modern threat modeling
