Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst responsible for protecting an organization’s computer systems, networks, and data from security threats. The role involves monitoring security systems, detecting and investigating incidents, and implementing measures to prevent cyberattacks.

Job Requirements:

• Monitor network activity and security alerts to identify potential threats

• Conduct security incident detection, analysis, and response

• Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation

• Maintain and update security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS

• Investigate security breaches and document findings

• Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures

• Support compliance efforts for standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA (as applicable)

• Conduct security awareness training for team members.

• Prepare regular security reports for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 5–20 years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC operations.

• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and security protocols

• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.)

• Knowledge of threat analysis, vulnerability management, malware, and attack vectors

• Experience responding to security incidents.

• Certifications (preferred): Security+, CEH, CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to IAM.
