Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior CX/UX Designer to lead the design of end-to-end customer and user experiences across digital platforms
Job Requirements:
Customer Experience Strategy
Lead end-to-end customer journey mapping across multiple channels
Identify friction points and define experience optimization strategies
Translate business and customer insights into experience frameworks
Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align CX strategy with business goals
Establish measurable CX KPIs (NPS, CSAT, conversion, retention)
User Experience Leadership
Own UX strategy for complex digital products (web, mobile, SaaS platforms)
Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
Define information architecture for large-scale applications
Ensure consistency through scalable design systems and UI standards
Lead usability testing and validation cycles
Research & Data-Driven Design
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
Analyze behavioral analytics to inform design decisions
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sprints
Synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
Collaboration & Influence
Act as design lead within cross-functional agile teams
Present design strategies and rationale to senior leadership
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture
Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), inclusivity, and usability best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in UX, CX, or product design
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with service design or omnichannel experience strategy
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end principles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
