Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development manager with 10+ years of experience in driving revenue growth, building high-impact partnerships, and managing enterprise client relationships.
Job Requirements:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Identify and build strategic partnerships with enterprises, government organizations, and ecosystem partners.
Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing enterprise accounts.
Build and manage a partner ecosystem to support business expansion and customer engagement initiatives.
Develop and execute coalition loyalty and engagement programs for enterprise and government clients.
Manage strategic alliances to generate sustainable partnership revenue streams.
Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations for growth and customer engagement.
Manage enterprise accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
Identify opportunities for new market entry and geographical expansion.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or solutions.
Design and implement reward, recognition, and loyalty programs to improve customer engagement and retention.
Build engagement initiatives for government and enterprise clients that drive participation and measurable outcomes.
Develop digital and social media strategies to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Lead media production initiatives including content creation, campaign development, and digital marketing programs.
Manage integrated campaigns to support customer acquisition and brand positioning.
Conduct program audits to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
Implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and program performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales.
Strong experience working with government and large enterprise clients.
Proven ability to build partnerships and drive high-value revenue opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
