Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Azure cloud, DevOps practices, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Lead cloud infrastructure design and automation using Azure, ARM/Bicep, and Terraform

• Drive DevOps strategy, standards, and best practices across multiple teams

• Design and manage highly available, secure, and scalable Azure environments

• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability

• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams

• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and conduct technical reviews

• Manage release processes, version control strategies, and deployment automation

• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of DevOps experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Azure cloud experience

• Strong expertise with Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards)

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): ARM, Bicep, Terraform.

• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.

• Strong experience with Git and branching strategies.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and container registries.

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity management in Azure.

• Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, App Insights).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex migration challenges.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Azure certifications .

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments.

• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

• Experience with SRE principles and reliability engineering.

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
